Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS

 

We work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product/output before you pay. Therefore, our services are non-refundable, with few exceptions.

 

Exceptions:

1. Downpayments

Downpayments made on orders above $1000.00 TTD or above $150 USD are refundable up to two days from the date the payment is made (or the date on the deposit/wire transfer receipt). Downpayments are required to secure KHreative Works in the event that you cancel your order after significant time and resources have been put into fulfilling the requested service. Therefore, if you cancel your order later than two days from payment, you forfeit your downpayment.

 

2. Writing Assistance or Other Intangible Work for International Clients

Payment for services of this nature are made prior to meeting online via Skype or other telecommunications application software. If, for whatever reason, the meeting does not take place, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund by the estimated time, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company (if applicable). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at khreativeworks@gmail.com with the Subject: 'Late or Missing Refund'.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS

 

Our services are digital or interpersonal (eg. writing assistance) and are therefore exempt from returns. We work with you to ensure that the final product is exactly what you requested.
